      Our sugar-free cashew spreads and natural peanuts are keto-friendly! The rest of our creams are sweetened with coconut sugar, which makes all our products low on the glycemic index, however it is important to consult with your health specialist if you are on an intense ketogenic regimen.

      Is the oil layer normal or why does my product look like this?

      Our nut and dried fruit spreads are made exclusively from natural ingredients and never contain palm oil, preservatives or chemicals. Due to this, it is possible that you will observe a natural separation of oils, this can be solved simply by mixing your cream very well and storing it in a dry place free from sun exposure. When the weather is colder, you may notice that some oils solidify, forming little flakes of white coconut in our products.
